The 总法律顾问办公室 (OGC) is comprised of dedicated legal professionals charged with advancing 澳门威尼斯人平台官网’s mission 和 values in collaboration with University administrators, 教师, 和工作人员. The OGC represents Lindenwood in legal matters 和 is responsible for assessing 和 minimizing potential liabilities 和 risks facing the University. The OGC helps ensure institutional compliance with applicable federal, 状态, 以及当地法律, 规定, 及大学政策. The OGC also provides legal 和 strategic advice to Lindenwood’s administration on a wide range of legal, 监管, 和 other matters related to University operations.

Reports of potential violations of University policies, 法律, 和/or 规定 may be made directly to the University’s general counsel’s office. The same may also be made anonymously to Lighthouse 服务, the University’s independent 和 confidential 3^rd 当事人报告服务. Mark joined Lindenwood in the spring of 2020. 自从加入, Mark has been responsible for managing the successful corporate restructuring into an education system, the acquisition of another institution of higher education, 免税债券交易, 和 many other complex contracts 和 transactions. Shay joined Lindenwood in the fall of 2023 和 brings valuable in-house counsel experience from both private 和 public institutions of higher education.
